represents. The broker who lists the home for sale is the owner's agent. When designated by the buyer
as a buyer's agent, the broker represents the buyer, even though the seller pays the commissions. Allow

SERVICE/REPRESENTATION
My goal is to provide you with the information necessary to make the most knowledgeable home buying
decision possible, negotiate in your best interests, assist with home inspections, financing, and preparation
for closing. I serve the buyer, and will personally be involved in each transaction. Appointments will be set
for our viewing of listings that meet your criteria. You will be provided an analysis of sales and listings, and

EXPERIENCE
My real estate career started at age 14, working construction for a general contractor remodeling homes.
Shortly after graduating from the Univ. of Texas I worked as a R.E. appraiser, appraising commercial
and residential properties. I appraised for 16 years, and was awarded membership in the Appraisal
Institute. The past 10 years I have worked exclusively in single family brokerage, primarily as a buyers
agent. I have lived and worked in west Houston for 30 years, thus am familiar with the various school
districts, neighborhood trends, as well as positive and negative influences on value.

Use this website to search listings in the Houston or Katy area. The "Search Listings" button allows you
to search by price range, schools, size, etc. At your request, a "Client Gateway" will be established for
your internet access to the database of active listings. This gives you automatic notification of homes
as they come on the market (Buyers button). You will be able to view information on all active listings,
including interior/exterior photographs.
